We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, unused and repackaged, (ie in saleable condition) for an exchange or refund.  We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Safety Information

• Children must be supervised at all times when the firepit is lit as the steel becomes very hot
• Do not place your firepit near a hedge or a building as a spark could start an unwanted fire
• Make sure you have a supply of water to dampen down if required
• Do not put house coal on the fire, wood only.Do not place your firepit on wooden decking.

DELIVERY

All our firepits are made by ourselves at our own workshop therefore delivery can be up to 5 working days.  If your order is urgent please email us to discuss a date.  If there are problems over the delivery of any of the goods on your order we will contact you immediately.
